Cohu’s Semiconductor Test Group deliveries leading edge technology to some of the largest semiconductor manufacturers in the world. We are looking for experienced and motivated individuals to join our Program Management Office (PMO) to lead the complete development cycle for our cutting-edge products. This role reports to the PMO Director and will have the opportunity to lead cross functional teams of Engineers and Product/Technical Specialists to plan, execute and launch these leading-edge products. The individual who thrives in this role will be comfortable leading a cross-disciplined engineering team. They can effectively grasp and keep the big picture in clear focus while identifying and executing on many details. They have excellent communication skills, are comfortable working with all levels of the organization, and have strong personal leadership - holding first themselves and then their team members accountable. They have strong organizational skills and diligent follow through to assist their teams in meeting commitments.
