About The Position

The Manager of Product Management at Disney is a key leadership role within the Technology & Digital segment, focusing on enhancing the Guest journey for the Disney Cruise Line Navigator app and website. This position involves leading a team of product managers, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving product strategy and development to create immersive digital experiences for Disney's vacation brands.

Requirements

• 8+ years of combined business and digital experience.
• 2+ years of experience leading product development life-cycle.
• Experience managing small to medium digital and technology projects.
• Ability to evaluate and improve project estimates, scope, and plans.
• Experience with technical, user, and business issues in a digital organization.
• Strong collaborative skills across large matrixed organizations.
• Ability to coach, mentor, educate, and manage conflict.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of product managers in defining product strategy and creating outcome-based roadmaps.
• Develop product requirements and manage the product development life-cycle.
• Collaborate with external vendor teams to deliver products effectively.
• Provide product and scorecard updates to business and technology leadership.
• Negotiate through blockers and challenges in product development.
• Work cross-functionally with technology and business leaders to establish commercial strategies using technology and data.
• Assist in larger projects as part of a squad to ensure successful completion.
