The Plant Operations Manager is responsible for supporting the management and organization of the operations of the facility, including plant operations, housekeeping, and grounds keeping, while maintaining compliance with all applicable codes, standards of government and regulatory agencies. Qualifications Assist the Plant Ops director in implementing plant ops and general housekeeping procedures; recommend and implement changes in procedures. Maintain records and submit reports concerning personnel, equipment, supplies, expenses, and general housekeeping activities. Establish and maintain plant ops/housekeeping schedules and assign employees to areas for various maintenance and housekeeping duties; conduct comprehensive inspection to check the completion of work assignments Ensure all assignments and assigned tasks are appropriately staffed and that employees have adequate supplies and equipment for completion of assignments Assist in developing maintenance plans, scheduling repairs, and inspections Assist the Plant Ops director in hiring and training new staff; assist in the completion of annual performance appraisal Comply with established measures for infection control, OSHA regulations, and Safety/Risk Management Plans, policies and procedures.
