About The Position

University Behavioral Center of Orlando, a subsidiary of Universal Health Services, Inc. (UHS), is committed to providing intensive mental health services to children, adolescents, and adults as well as detox and substance abuse programs for adults. Our mental health facility provides safe and effective inpatient treatment to assist individuals in leading more productive and fulfilling lives. The facility is located on a beautiful 14-acre campus in Orlando, Florida, and includes 112 licensed beds. Position Summary: Under the leadership of the Director of Clinical Services, the Manager of Outpatient Services will assist with the overall responsibility for managing, coordinating, supervising and implementing treatment programs and the delivery of services, in an effective manner, for the Partial Hospitalization Program and Intensive Outpatient Services.

Requirements

A Master’s degree in social work from an accredited college or university.
Minimum of three (3) years direct clinical experience specific to individual and group therapy. Must have knowledge of human development over the life span.
At least one (1) year experience in a clinical supervisory or management role is preferred.
Must have a current licensure by the State of Florida as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC).

Responsibilities

Oversee activities related to the provision of the treatment for the Partial Hospitalization Program and the Intensive Outpatient Program.
Supervises and evaluates the work activities of the Partial Hospitalization Program and Intensive Outpatient Treatment Coordinators.
Reviews and monitors work schedules, work hours and staffing plans of the Partial Hospitalization Program and Intensive Outpatient Program.
