POSITION SUMMARY: Manage radiologist scheduling to ensure full coverage while proactively identifying and resolving scheduling conflicts or operational gaps. Support physician recruiting and onboarding activities including maintaining onboarding databases, preparing offer letters, and coordinating with legal teams for employment agreements. Coordinate licensure, credentialing, and hospital privilege processes in partnership with internal credentialing and operational teams. Track key operational metrics, support quality initiatives, and assist leadership with implementing process improvements and operational programs. Support Team leadership with escalated study coverage, special projects, and operational initiatives that strengthen physician engagement and client relationships.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in healthcare administration, management, or radiology operations
  • Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency, particularly Excel for data analysis and modeling
  • Strong communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills with the ability to collaborate with physicians and leadership teams

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in radiology management or private practice operations preferred
