Develop Epic Value statements and user stories and analysis for system enhancements and new technology. Responsible for efficient and well-designed solutions. Make recommendations for system enhancements and new systems. Single point of contact for all reporting for systems improvements for a designated operating area. Lead the operations systems team to develop creative solutions for field operations and support the efforts of OP&E and Cross-Opco initiatives. Manage and lead the SAFe governance process; lead strategic process improvements projects.
