Oversees a production team that includes screen, heat, and dye‑sublimation printing operators. This role coordinates daily production activities to ensure quality, efficiency, and timely delivery of services. Requirements
- Knowledge of branding and promotional merchandise production and sourcing
- Knowledge of strategic planning and budget management
- Skill in negotiation and vendor management
- Ability to lead and inspire a product development team
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Ability to problem-solving efficiently to handle service delivery issues
- Bachelor's degree in related field
- 3 years of relevant experience
- Equivalent combination of experience and education may be considered
Responsibilities
- Sets and implements the strategic direction for promotional goods from product design to market delivery
- Leads the product development team, ensuring innovation and compliance with branding standards
- Manages negotiations with vendors to secure favorable terms and maintain high-quality standards
- Oversees budgeting and financial strategies to maximize profitability
- Implements strict quality control measures to ensure all products meet RIT’s standards
- Builds and maintains strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded expectations
- Other duties as assigned
