Requirements

  • Knowledge of branding and promotional merchandise production and sourcing
  • Knowledge of strategic planning and budget management
  • Skill in negotiation and vendor management
  • Ability to lead and inspire a product development team
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
  • Ability to problem-solving efficiently to handle service delivery issues
  • Bachelor's degree in related field
  • 3 years of relevant experience
  • Equivalent combination of experience and education may be considered

Responsibilities

  • Sets and implements the strategic direction for promotional goods from product design to market delivery
  • Leads the product development team, ensuring innovation and compliance with branding standards
  • Manages negotiations with vendors to secure favorable terms and maintain high-quality standards
  • Oversees budgeting and financial strategies to maximize profitability
  • Implements strict quality control measures to ensure all products meet RIT’s standards
  • Builds and maintains strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded expectations
