About The Position

Manage assigned international tax processes and implementation of tax policies pertaining to foreign operations. Essential Functions Direct and lead a team of international tax professionals. Assigned processes may include U.S. tax compliance of foreign operations, transfer pricing, local country income tax support/analysis, and local country controversy support. Implementation of tax strategies to optimize the Company's global tax position. Prepare and maintain required documentation for discussion with management and external auditors. Ensure adherence to department policies regarding managing, updating and ensuring tax work is in compliance with required SOX control objectives. Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance or related discipline.
  • Related experience may offset degree requirements and related education/degree may offset experience requirements.
  • Five (5) years of relevant tax/finance experience with significant exposure to international taxation.
  • Significant process management experience in a large organization.
  • Strong management, human relations and communications skills.

  • Software experience using CorpTax, Oracle, Alteryx
  • Research, writing, and presentation experience
  • The ability to multi-task, work independently, develop new ideas and take ownership of projects
