Manage, develop, and execute communications strategies to inform, engage, and inspire H-E-B Partners. Establishes operational objectives and work plans, and delegates assignments. Executes and modifies company policies, implementing new standards, products, processes, and mid-term business plans for assigned unit(s). Directs team to complete objectives-oriented assignments of by looking beyond existing methodologies and implementing strategic policies to resolve complex issues with significant cross-functional impact. A portion of time is normally spent performing individual tasks related to the group/function. Exercises supervision in terms of costs, methods, and staffing. Responsible for hiring, firing, and performance/pay reviews.
