Responsible for preparing customer invoices in accordance with contract terms; completes profitability analysis on multiple contract types; develops long range financial forecasts for firm contracts already awarded as well as potential future awards; monitors actual spending for assigned statement of work against contract budgets to ensure cost performance overruns are avoided where possible; interfaces with numerous internal departments in the periodic completion of updates to contract estimates at complete; interfaces with external customers on various invoicing and contracting issues to ensure cash flow targets are achieved and that contract values stay aligned with customer records; performs numerous key controls for critical financial processes that fall under Sarbanes-Oxley requirements; supports audits of varying types (system, financial and internal controls testing).
