POSITION OVERVIEW: Drive field marketing strategy including events, special projects, partnerships, and regional marketing programs to generate pipeline and build brand awareness. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/JOB DUTIES: 1. Select, lead, educate, develop and motivate a staff of employees 2. Lead special projects and initiatives to optimize marketing effectiveness, including digital transformation, automation, and innovative event formats. 3. Develops comprehensive annual events and field marketing strategy to drive pipeline generation and brand awareness. 4. Provides strategic oversight of trade show participation and event sponsorship programs for maximum ROI. 5. Maintains responsibility for planning and executing customers and prospect events to drive engagement and revenue. 6. Establishes regional marketing campaigns and partnership programs to expand market reach and brand presence. 7. Drives coordination with sales teams on field marketing support and lead generation initiatives. 8. Implements comprehensive measurement and reporting on event ROI and pipeline generation performance. 9. Manages strategic vendor relationships and budget allocation for field marketing programs. 10.
