The Engineering Manager is responsible for providing leadership on the engineering, strategic and technical direction for various large-scale projects within an area of responsibility. Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
a minimum of 10 years of engineering, operations or related experience
a minimum of three (3) years’ experience in a lead project role(s)
Demonstrates excellent organizational/interpersonal skills and safety as the utmost priority
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications and PC skills
Detailed understanding of engineering design regulatory standards

Responsibilities

Provides both tactical and strategic direction for the department and projects
Holds team accountable for performing all work in accordance with requirements and standards
Coordinates workforce planning and career development activities for direct employees
Manages resources requirements for projects
Develops/handles budgets, plan and forecasts; conducts regular cost analysis
Serves as a lead, subject matter specialist or change agent to support our critical programs and initiatives
Develops and maintains collaborative working relationship with our key business partners
