About the Team The Analytics, Investments and Marketing Enablement (AIM) team - within Global Commercial Services Marketing (GCSM) - is the analytics engine powering Commercial customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. AIM develops insights, data products, and analytical solutions that shape smarter marketing and customer experiences. This role sits within AIM and supports customer lifecycle marketing across acquisition, targeting, personalization, and retention using data, advanced analytics, and emerging AI/GenAI capabilities. How will you make an impact in this role? As a Manager, you will support the development of data-driven strategies and analytical solutions that enhance customer targeting, personalization, and retention across channels. You will work closely with cross-functional partners to deliver insights, improve decisioning, and drive measurable business outcomes.
