The Data and Analytics Manager will lead development and implementation of the company data strategy and AI-driven solutions across the company. Responsible for creating complex and efficient ETL maps, analytic models of descriptive and prescriptive nature, highly intuitive data models, reports and dash boards and lead migrations from different environments. Provides recommendations to management and business clients, and identifies best technology solutions. Identifies future needs for key technologies and techniques and develops plans for adoption. The Manager will lead a diverse team and collaborate across departments to design, build, and execute data-driven initiatives that directly contribute to the company's growth and strategic objectives. BHE Renewables delivers sustainable energy solutions for customers and communities. We own, operate and develop wind, solar, geothermal, hydroelectric and natural gas projects in 11 U.S. states. The power generated is sold into energy markets or directly to customers through long-term purchase agreements.
