About The Position

Leads and develops customer lifecycle marketing strategies and programs to drive acquisition, onboarding, retention, and expansion.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Management or equivalent work experience
  • Five (5) years' experience in Lifecycle Marketing or CRM Marketing
  • Experience managing people and lifecycle marketing teams
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms (Salesforce, Marketing Cloud etc.)
  • Strong analytical skills and customer data experience
  • Understanding of customer success and retention strategies
  • Excellent project management abilities

Responsibilities

  • Select, lead, educate, develop and motivate a staff of employees
  • Develops and manages customer lifecycle marketing strategies to align with organizational objectives.
  • Provides strategic oversight of email marketing and automation campaign design and execution.
  • Maintains leadership of customer onboarding and retention initiatives to maximize customer lifetime value.
  • Establishes collaboration frameworks with Customer Success team on expansion and upsell program development.
  • Implements customer behavior analysis and lifecycle metrics tracking to inform strategy optimization.
  • Drives marketing technology stack management for lifecycle programs and automation workflows. Supports customer segmentation and personalization strategies to enhance customer experience and engagement.
  • Comply with all applicable laws/regulations, as well as company policies/procedures.
  • Performs other duties as required
