And we do it all with heart, each and every day. Position Summary The Medicare Stars Data Intelligence supports Medicare Stars. We combine deep healthcare expertise with advanced technical capabilities to deliver data-driven insights that improve member outcomes and drive operational excellence. Our mission is to elevate Star ratings, enhance member experience, and support retention—all while operating within CMS guidelines and medical loss ratio (MLR) targets. Gather and clarify business requirements from stakeholders—particularly those tied to Product configuration and bid readiness—and translate them into structured documentation or user stories. Research, review, and analyze source data to support Product development timelines, bid cycle deliverables, and other strategic initiatives. Organize and document campaign and governance meetings related to Product data initiatives and the annual bid cycle, including scheduling, note-taking, and tracking action items through completion. Explore and validate data within SQL Server and Google Cloud Platform (GCP) environments to support Product data integrity and reporting needs. Document data flows, dependencies, and quality checks for Medicare Stars-related datasets and Product bid data, ensuring alignment with compliance and regulatory standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support release planning, testing coordination, and production readiness for systems and tools used in the annual bid cycle.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience working with Medicare data, preferably Medicare Stars data, with exposure to different data environments and types of reporting.
  • Knowledge and hands-on experience with Agile methodologies and frameworks.
  • Exposure to SQL and Google Cloud Platform (GCP) for data analysis and pipeline development.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with Product data, HEDIS, CAHPS and/or other quality performance measures.
