About The Position

The Asset Integrity Manager leads a team of field and technical professionals responsible for the physical integrity of a diverse pipeline asset base across Eastern Interstates and the Gulf of Mexico. This role oversees day to day integrity activities, coordinates internal and external resources, and partners closely with the Asset Integrity Center of Excellence. Success in this role requires strong leadership, a clear focus on safety, and close collaboration with supervisor and manager peers across IE and GOM to achieve Williams’ asset integrity and regulatory compliance objectives. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field and minimum of eight (8) years of engineering, operations or related experience, minimum of five (5) years in pipeline integrity and a minimum of three (3) years’ experience in a lead project role(s)
  • Valid state driver’s license with a good driving record
  • Needs proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Application and PC skills
  • Demonstrates excellent organizational/interpersonal skills and safety as the upmost priority

Nice To Haves

  • PE Certification
  • Previous experience in OSHA PSM integrity programs
  • Plant integrity/Mechanical Integrity experience
  • Previous experience with off shore pipelines and platform integrity

Responsibilities

  • Performs day to day integrity activities for pipeline assets including: pipeline integrity management plans, corrosion control and internal inspection programs and pipeline inspection for business-critical assets
  • Coordinates workforce planning and career development activities for direct employees
  • Leads teams who design, implement and update programs/initiatives that improve asset integrity for the business units
  • Plans and programs regulatory compliance with a variety of regulatory agencies at state and federal levels
  • Performs risk studies, assessments, plans, analysis to assess and handle the physical risk of the assets
  • Supports due diligence, asset integration including performing corrosion control, direct assessment, hydro testing, and threat reviews & evaluations
  • Other duties as assigned
