The corporate compliance department is committed to promoting an ethical culture at Children's Hospitals and Clinics by ensuring integrity in business practices, providing continuous education, and promoting collaborative relationships with all customers. The Accreditation and Licensing Manager is a vital position within Children's system, responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory and accrediting bodies. This role involves planning, designing, implementation, and maintenance of the hospital's accreditation and licensing status. The manager ensures that the hospital and all services included in the State of Minnesota license are in continual readiness status for surveys by The Joint Commission (TJC), Department of Health Services (DHS), and Centers for Medicare and Medicaid (CMS). This position is responsible for overall continual regulatory readiness and compliance with all standards of accreditation and certification, and acts as the primary liaison with external surveyors and other regulatory representatives.
