About The Position

The Accreditation Specialist provides advanced program and technical support across AWS Accreditation programs, including ATF, CWF, and related accreditation activities. This role consolidates and elevates prior administrative responsibilities into a more autonomous, process-focused position supporting documentation control, application review, records management, and cross-functional coordination.

Requirements

  • Associate’s degree with two or more years of office or program support experience.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including proofreading and drafting customer-ready content.
  • Experience with data entry, database/SharePoint tools, Microsoft Office, CRM, and document control practices.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience or interest in quality management auditing (e.g., ISO9000, ASQ CQA) preferred.
  • Knowledge of welding or technical programs is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Provide operational and technical support for ATF, CWF, and related accreditation programs, including application intake, documentation review, and records management.
  • Draft, proofread, and maintain accreditation procedures, work instructions, templates, and customer-facing materials.
  • Coordinate and maintain accurate Accreditation records; support audit preparation, corrective action tracking, and lifecycle updates.
  • Respond to Accreditation program inquiries and provide clear, professional guidance to customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Accounting on billing coordination for ATF/CWF programs; reconcile discrepancies and maintain accurate logs.
  • Assist in updating and developing program applications, forms, and workflow tools; support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Perform data entry, system updates, and quality checks to ensure data integrity across accreditation systems and SharePoint repositories.
  • Support special projects and operational initiatives assigned by the Senior Manager or Director.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
