About The Position

What You Will Be Doing Ensure Production Accuracy - Work closely with engineering teams to confirm that build processes meet design specifications. Support Quality & Compliance - Partner with Quality and Material Review Board (MRB) teams to assess non-conformances and implement corrective actions. Engage with Customers & Auditors - Serve as a liaison with DCMA and external customers, addressing inquiries and ensuring compliance with program and contractual standards. Drive Continuous Improvement - Identify opportunities for efficiency, process improvements, and quality enhancements within manufacturing operations. Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing role supporting shop floor execution
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Capable of thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in F-35 production or within regulated industries such as aerospace or defense
  • Proven leadership skills and experience in mentoring or coaching team members
  • Proficiency in enterprise systems such as SAP, SFM, QADS, VAS, and JEDI or similar industry equivalent
  • Exceptional attention to detail with a strong commitment to quality and compliance
  • Experience reviewing work to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to quality standards
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in aircraft maintenance and/or aerospace manufacturing or production operations
  • Ability to identify defective parts or workmanship issues, and determine root cause and potential corrective actions
  • Proficient in interpreting engineering drawings and planning documents in a professional setting
