Job Summary Operates a Chain Finishing Machine to process chain to specification for inspection. Load/Unloads full/empty chain spools, doffs full jumgo chain zundos. Performs scheduled detailed cleaning for operational safety.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED (minimum)

Responsibilities

• Loads machines with full chain spools, confirms job card and items are correct.
• Moves chain to assigned inspection area when doffed
• Determins that machines are running to set standards including troubleshooting and repairing of non-mechanical problems
• Ensures that temp, wax, soap and water levels are maintained to standards.
• Performs quality checks when loading/unloading detailed cleaning schedule
• Performs other related duties as assigned by management
