Requirements

Proven experience as Mezzanine or Maintenance Manager or relevant position preferred
Well-versed in technical/engineering operations and Mezzanine management best practices
Knowledge of basic accounting and finance principles
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational and leadership skills
Good analytical/critical thinking
BS Electrical/Mechanical Engineering degree (or in the process of achieving) or Vocational Certificate
Have a positive attitude and committed to continuous improvement and success of the organization

Responsibilities

Oversees Mezzanine maintenance
Ensures that the Mezzanine Machines are maintained according to company policy and procedures
Oversees and supervises the quality of work for other employees to ensure that all tasks are performed correctly, efficiently, and effectively
Manages and reviews service contracts
Checks completed work by vendors and contractors
Recommends maintenance, mechanical, electrical, and mezzanine design modifications
Communicates workplace safety precautions to employees
Forecasts, allocates, and supervises the financial and physical resources of the Mezzanine management
Repair/replace defective equipment/parts on a scheduled or emergency basis.
Operate heavy equipment, to include forklift, scissor lifts & boom lifts.
Demonstrate good judgment in decision-making independently and in a team environment.

Maintain continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
