About The Position

A day in this role Start your morning with a safety walk. You’ll verify that our Site Safety Program is being followed, reinforce 5S housekeeping, and champion Beyond Zero wellness initiatives. From there, you’ll translate site and enterprise strategies into clear priorities, helping the team understand how daily actions connect to business results. Midday, you’ll model the ATS culture—leading with our core leadership competencies, staying self-motivated, and showing emotional intelligence in every interaction. You’ll coach technicians through one-on-ones, guiding performance, career planning, and skills development. In the afternoon, you’ll embed the Operating System on the floor—reviewing work orders, checking schedule adherence, and closing any gaps you find. With data pulled from our CMMS and other tools, you’ll measure and report key maintenance performance indicators, lead root-cause analyses, convert findings into action items, and remove barriers to drive continuous improvement. You’ll close the day by updating the customer—escalating priorities, issues, and equipment status as needed to sustain a positive, profitable partnership. You’ll also manage expenses, including labor, overtime, and material consumption, and you’ll approve overtime for the team when appropriate. As an influential leader, you’ll run focused team meetings that keep everyone aligned and accountable.
