About The Position

Ensure that all inspection and test equipment are tested at regular intervals to standards traceable to the National Institute of Standards and Technology, or other acceptable National Standards.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Previous Calibration experience with calibrating equipment/tooling and using various certified equipment.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to read, write, and understand spoken and written English.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Calibrating tools, gauges, and measuring equipment in-house and/or routing to outside vendors when necessary.
• Completing the Certificate of Calibration and/or Repair Report when applicable.
• Performing repairs on calibrated tool/equipment when needed, provided we have capabilities.
• Working professionally with all customers to meet their Calibration Program needs.
• Maintaining the Calibration Lab in a clean and orderly manner.
