Under direct supervision, performs a variety of routine to moderately complex test technician duties. Calibrates, troubleshoots, and operates state-of-the-art instrumentation and equipment to measure a wide range of properties in materials or the environment. Duties and Responsibilities: Calibrates, troubleshoots, and operates state-of-the-art survey equipment in day-to-day survey operations, including spatial analyzers to operate laser trackers. Performs data analysis of acquired field data and composes survey reports and documentation for scientific and engineering staff. Conducts routine inspection and testing to ensure conformance to established calibration standards. Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor. Abides by and is responsible for performing all duties in accordance with all environmental, health and safety regulations and practices pertinent to this position.
