Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in physical sciences (e.g., chemistry, physics)
- 4+ years of industry lab experience , including leadership responsibilities
- Strong troubleshooting skills and familiarity with CMMS systems
- Excellent communication, organizational, and team leadership abilities
- Authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely without sponsorship
- Willingness to relocate to Indianapolis – relocation support is available
Responsibilities
- Lead equipment maintenance and qualification activities across lab operations
- Troubleshoot technical issues and serve as a subject matter expert on lab instrumentation
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, vendors, and global quality groups
- Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance lab efficiency
- Supervise and mentor team members, manage workflow, and conduct performance reviews
- Ensure compliance with GMP standards and maintain accurate documentation
