Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in physical sciences (e.g., chemistry, physics)
• 4+ years of industry lab experience, including leadership responsibilities
• Strong troubleshooting skills and familiarity with CMMS systems
• Excellent communication, organizational, and team leadership abilities
• Authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely without sponsorship
• Willingness to relocate to Indianapolis – relocation support is available

Responsibilities

• Lead equipment maintenance and qualification activities across lab operations
• Troubleshoot technical issues and serve as a subject matter expert on lab instrumentation
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, vendors, and global quality groups
• Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance lab efficiency
• Supervise and mentor team members, manage workflow, and conduct performance reviews
• Ensure compliance with GMP standards and maintain accurate documentation
