Additional information can be found at www.ttm.com Scope: Review and create internal documentation package (bill of materials, configuration control, work instructions) Support production and process engineering with documentation updates Support customer calls and visit with documentation reviews and audits Duties and Responsibilities: Creates the workflow documents (Travelers) by which printed circuit boards are manufactured efficiently and consistently in order to meet customer quality requirements Work with Production Control on the release of jobs to the production floor. Adding holds for different engineers and processes. Interface with Engineering on special builds and test vehicles. Provide direct assistance to the Production Floor for Process / Technical issues and work to enhance and simplify documentation utilized by production floor associates with process engineering. Interface directly with customers as well as provide DFM (design for manufacturability) support as necessary. Familiar with all manufacturing equipment, programming requirements and associated procedures necessary for completing traveler instructions. Implementation of TCF/Technical Change Forms Work with customers to close out TQ/Technical Queries. Track open TQ’s and continually communicate with customers Ability to handle all methods engineering job disciplines and provide support (technical and workload) to other engineers as required. Perform contract review to ensure compliance with end-customer requirements. Requirements

• Ability to interpret customer documentation (Blueprints, drawings, bills of material, specifications)
• Excellent computer skills (MS Office) and organization skills
• Working knowledge of MRP system a plus (Oracle)
• Solidworks, Genesis or similar 3d modeling software a plus.
• Cross-functional communication skills, partnering across engineering, quality, and operations
• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent experience required
• Must be able to sit in front of a computer for 8 hours at a time
• Read, Speak and Understand and Communicate instructions to others in English.
• Detail oriented.
• Able to quickly switch tasks based on department needs.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience within a PCBA environment
• Working knowledge of Industry and Military Standards
