Requirements

You hold a university degree in engineering or industrial engineering, or a college degree with significant experience in manufacturing.
You possess at least ten (10) years of experience in the domain of manufacturing.
You posses excellent management aptitudes.
You have a solid knowledge in lean manufacturing.
You have good judgment, are flexible, results oriented, and at ease with tight deadlines.
You possess a great sense of initiative.
You are highly motivated, a team player able to work under pressure with minimum supervision.

Responsibilities

Plan, organize, motivate, and supervise the activities of a team of Manufacturing Engineers dedicated to correcting build impediments.
Exercise your leadership respecting the vision and values of Bombardier Aviation.
Assume the management responsibilities of your team, finance, and the achievement of your team's objectives.
Ensure continuous improvement using operational excellence concepts and the problem-solving process.
Coach your team to develop talent within the organization.
Work closely with various groups such as Engineering, Program, Production, Logistic, Purchasing and Quality to optimize change management, problem solving, and improve product flow.
