About The Position

As a Methodology Lead, you will have the opportunity to shape and optimize project management frameworks and methodologies while collaborating with teams across various projects. In this role, you will be responsible for the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of methodologies. You will lead efforts to establish best practices in project management, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and industry standards. You will also provide coaching and support to project managers and team members, facilitating training sessions and workshops to foster a strong understanding of methodologies across the organization. Your analytical and strategic thinking skills will be essential as you identify opportunities for efficiency and growth, driving successful project outcomes through a structured approach.

Requirements

7+ years of experience in project management and methodology development.
Strong understanding of various project management frameworks, including Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies.
Proven track record in leading teams and enhancing project delivery through effective methodology implementation.
Experience with training and mentoring project managers and team members.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Ability to analyze current practices and recommend improvements that align with strategic business goals.
Certification in project management methodologies (PMP, PMO, Scrum Master, etc.) is highly preferred.
A degree in a related field (business, management, engineering, etc.) or equivalent experience.

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with software development processes and tools used in project management.
Experience with change management practices and organizational development.
Understanding of the consulting industry and its best practices.
