About The Position

LCS is seeking a Metered Utilities Specialist whose primary function is to manage customer utilities and rate reviews.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Core functional knowledge of utility operations and rate schedules
• Ability to accurately read and interpret utility tariff sheets
• Foundational understanding of utility billing process and regulatory compliance
• Manage and complete all facets of assigned projects: define/create requirements specifications, scope of work documents and estimates; develop/deliver projects within established deadline
• Define, set, and clearly manage expectations with customers and team members.
• Manage multiple ongoing projects and ensure they are delivered on time and meet or exceed expectations
• Have a strong knowledge of mathematical and equation functions
• Have strong verbal and written communication skills
