About The Position

Able to use a Windows-based laptop with basic experience in Excel and Gmail Independently manage time and workload to meet deadlines Organizational skills and attention to detail Able to effectively and clearly communicate, written and verbal Internal drive to find the “why” behind the problem and resolve the issue Able to lift 50 pounds, climb and work from ladders up to 10 feet high, work in cramped conditions like attic spaces, and meet other physical demands Mechanically inclined and has experience working with a variety of hand tools Able to receive supplies and equipment for the job from the Conservice warehouse at the place of their residence or a company-paid storage unit Must have a secure area in which to park a company vehicle Must have access to high-speed internet for documentation and other uses Must have excellent customer service skills Able to pass a background check Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
