About The Position

Metal Shop worker will run a roll former and trim machine for metal.
You will ensure all pieces manufactured are suitable for the shipment.
You must have a good work ethic and are able to be on your feet for most of the day.

Requirements

• Must possess strong work ethic and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer skills
• Versatility, flexibility, and willingness to work with constantly changing priorities, with enthusiasm
• Ability to: Understand and follow oral and written instructions
• Demonstrate initiative and effective problem-solving skills within the scope of the position

Nice To Haves

• Forklift experience is preferred

Responsibilities

• Sets up the machines to perform the needed task for the order needing to be manufactured.
• Verifies that the order has been completed and inspects to make sure it is free from defect.
• Bundles or wraps the order to be shipped or picked up
• Ability to stand or walk on concrete floor for 8+ hours
• Ability to work in fluctuating temperatures
• Ability to work with hands
• Safety awareness of anything in the shop that may be hazardous to employees or visitors.
• Additional duties, as assigned
