Metal Packer- 2nd shift

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Strong math and communication skills
- Forklift certification (or willingness to get one!)
- Team-oriented attitude and flexibility with scheduling
- Prior manufacturing or warehouse experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and stage shipments of aluminum coils
- Check labels, pack slips, and Bills of Lading for accuracy
- Operate forklifts, cranes, scales, and stretch wrappers (training provided!)
- Receive inbound materials and manage supply inventory
- Work closely with the Traffic Supervisor to ensure shipments are DOT compliant
- Keep your workspace safe, clean, and organized
- Cross-train in other departments and take on new challenges
- Support continuous improvement projects and teamwork across departments
