About The Position
Axiom Staffing is currently seeking a 1st shift detailed Metal Sander for a manufacturing client in Hanover, PA. M-F 7am-3:30pm Room for Growth and hired onto the company within 480 hours completed. No Weekends! The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing metal surfaces by sanding, grinding, and polishing to meet required finish and quality standards. This position requires precision, physical stamina, and experience with hand and power tools commonly used in metal finishing. Looking to learn this trade? Training will be provided for serious applicants that want to grow with the company.
Requirements
- Precision
- Physical stamina
- Experience with hand and power tools commonly used in metal finishing.
- Proficient with belt sanders, angle grinders, orbital sanders, and other surface prep tools.
- Strong attention to detail and quality control.
Nice To Haves
- Experience working with aluminum.
- Prior work in a metal fabrication or welding shop.
