About The Position

We are looking for a skilled Fabricator to join our manufacturing team. Requirements

  • Proven experience in fabrication and welding, ideally in a manufacturing or agricultural equipment environment.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Solid understanding of workshop safety practices and handling of fabrication equipment.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Nice To Haves

  • Relevant trade qualification or welding certification preferred, but not essential.

Responsibilities

  • Interpret engineering drawings and specifications to fabricate components accurately.
  • Cut, form, and weld steel components using MIG and TIG processes.
  • Operate fabrication equipment such as presses, shears, rollers, and saws.
  • Assemble fabricated parts and sub-assemblies to exact tolerances.
  • Perform quality checks to ensure components meet Trimax standards.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area with a focus on safety and efficiency.
  • Work collaboratively with engineering, assembly, and paint teams to ensure smooth production flow.
