About The Position

Field Coordinator for custom Metal Fabrication Shop. Responsible to plan, schedule, organize and direct all field personnel and field activities. Work with and on estimating and sales. Present, promote, and advance business prospective clients through proactive measures, and past clients through follow-up and good will contact. Requirements

  • 4-6 years experience in related craft (Metal Fabrication) activities.
  • Working knowledge of cost control, scheduling, safety regulations and ability to read drawings/blueprints.
  • Ability to supervise and evaluate craft performance.
  • Capable of planning, directing and controlling work activities.
  • Ability to handle several projects at once.
