About The Position

As a part-time Meta Sales Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for retail shoppers, guiding them through Meta's product offerings, including AR/VR headsets and accessories. Your role involves understanding customer needs, demonstrating products, and recommending suitable Meta solutions to enhance their lives through fitness, gaming, and entertainment. You will also be responsible for training retail associates on new AI apps and tools, ensuring an interactive and informative shopping experience. Key responsibilities include building trust, driving sales, representing Meta and 2020 Companies professionally, and maintaining visually appealing Meta displays. You will track customer interactions and sales electronically, submitting daily reports via a mobile device, and collaborate with store staff to foster a positive work environment. The position requires adapting to local retail store environments and adhering to operational policies.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent is required
Ability to engage, demonstrate, and ask for the sale is necessary
Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills are essential
Impeccable integrity and a genuine commitment to exceeding customer expectations are crucial
Thrive in a fast-paced team environment
Availability to work weekends and up to a minimum of three one-time weekday shifts is required
Own a smartphone with an equivalent operating system of an iPhone 11 or Samsung S25
Ability to stand, walk around, reach, pick up, bend, grab, up to 20lbs occasionally, with continuous hand/eye coordination and fine manipulation
Reliable transportation to arrive on time for scheduled visits

Nice To Haves

A minimum of six months of experience in sales, electronics, retail, telecom, or marketing is preferred
An interest in AV and VR products is a plus

Submit daily reports with ease using your mobile device
Foster positive partner Field and Store relationships by adapting to local retail store environments, respecting established hierarchies, and adhering to all operational policies while representing 2020 companies
