About The Position

The Meta Sales Specialist will engage with retail shoppers to recommend Meta products, including AR/VR headsets and accessories, ensuring an interactive and informative shopping experience. This role involves becoming a Meta product expert, demonstrating gadgets, building customer trust, and driving sales by understanding customer needs and making confident recommendations. Specialists will also be responsible for training retail associates on new AI apps and tools, representing Meta and 2020 Companies professionally, and maintaining clean and visually appealing Meta displays. Key responsibilities include meeting monthly sales targets, collaborating with store staff, and electronically tracking customer interactions and sales. The position requires consistent weekend shifts and the ability to adapt to local retail store environments while adhering to all operational policies.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent is required
Ability to engage, demonstrate, and ask for the sale is necessary
Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills are essential
Impeccable integrity and a genuine commitment to exceeding customer expectations are crucial
Thrive in a fast-paced team environment
Availability to work weekends and up to a minimum of three one-time weekday shifts is required
Own a smartphone with an equivalent operating system of an iPhone 11 or Samsung S25
Ability to stand, walk around, reach, pick up, bend, grab, up to 20lbs occasionally, with continuous hand/eye coordination and fine manipulation
Reliable transportation to arrive on time for scheduled visits

Nice To Haves

A minimum of six months of experience in sales, electronics, retail, telecom, or marketing is preferred
An interest in AV and VR products is a plus

Track customer interactions, feedback, and sales electronically
