About The Position

We are building a team of engaging, motivated, and tech-savvy individuals to represent our client, Meta, at various upcoming events. As a Meta Demo Specialist, you will deliver world-class hands-on demonstrations of Smart Wearables and Meta Quest mixed reality products. Your mission is to bring these products to life through flawless execution of demos and product knowledge expertise. A Talent Acquisition Partner will be in contact with qualified applicants to discuss upcoming events and next steps. You must have weekday availability, as events typically take place Monday-Friday with varying hours depending on the event type. Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent required
1+ year of in-person product demonstration experience
1+ year customer-facing experience in experiential or retail sales environments required
Exemplary interpersonal communicational skills - written, verbal, and on-camera
Authentic, engaging, and energetic with a customer-first mentality
Tech-savvy and passionate about technology
Exemplary interpersonal communicational skills - written, verbal, and on-camera
Attentive to deadlines, start times, and reporting requests
Ability to multi-task and remain agile and flexible as details and event needs change and evolve
Natural relationship builder: ability to build and foster business relationships independently at multiple levels
Ability to remain professional at all times while showing patience and tact, remaining calm under pressure, and practicing good judgment in analyzing information, strategic/critical thinking, and decision-making
High level of initiative and self-motivation with a continued drive to learn and succeed
Regularly talk, sit, stand, walk and bend over, repetitive use of hands/arms, repetitive use of legs and grasp
Frequently lift and carry up to 25 lbs
Occasionally lift and carry up to 50 lbs
Continuous hand/eye coordination and fine manipulation

Responsibilities

Hands-on demonstrations of our clients' AR & VR products in an event setting
Actively engage with event attendees
Be an expert on our client’s products
Submit event recap reporting capturing insights & audience feedback
Other tasks as assigned by management
