About The Position

Paybility Financial is a merchant services company focused on disrupting the industry by offering merchants various ways to lower their rates, helping them save more money. We provide loyalty discounts, referral discounts, and the option to buy down rates for additional savings. Our mission is to maximize financial efficiency for our clients. This is a full-time remote role for an Merchant Services Sales Rep. The Sales Rep will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, managing created client accounts, providing exceptional service, and building long-term relationships with merchants. Tasks include generating leads, offering customized solutions to meet client needs, and tracking sales performance.

Requirements

  • Sales and Client Relationship Management skills
  • Strong Communication and Negotiation skills
  • Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in the merchant services or financial industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
