WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH As part of the Global Jordan Kid’s Footwear team, you’ll partner closely with Merchandising, Product Creation, Planning, Marketing, and Geo teams to bring consumer-right assortments to life across the globe. This role reports to the Senior Manager of Kid’s Footwear Merchandising and works cross-functionally to connect product, consumer insights, and marketplace needs. You’ll collaborate with teammates who value clear communication, curiosity, and shared ownership of the business. WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR We are looking for a merchant with a passion for product and a curiosity for evolving retail and consumer trends. The ideal candidate brings a strong understanding of the Kid’s Footwear consumer and the dynamics of the global marketplace, paired with the ability to use data and insights to inform thoughtful decisions. Success in this role requires a growth mindset, coachability, strong analytical skills, and attention to detail, along with a willingness to build and master core merchandising fundamentals
