We’re seeking a detail‑oriented Administrative Assistant to support merchant account maintenance. You’ll handle data entry, account closures, and documentation while ensuring smooth operations across teams. This role is ideal for someone organized, proactive, and eager to grow in the fast‑paced payments industry.

Requirements

  • Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, able to work independently
  • Typing speed 12,000–18,000 KPH (40–60 WPM)
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Positive, collaborative attitude

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update merchant accounts
  • Process account closures accurately
  • Manage documents (file, scan, save)
  • Route information to appropriate teams
  • Respond to merchant emails
  • Research and compile data to resolve issues
  • Update daily reports in Word and Excel
