We’re currently seeking a Merchandising Product Data Analyst to join our dynamic team! This role is 100% on site -perfect for someone who loves diving into data, spotting trends, and transforming numbers into strategies that drive results. You’ll partner with our Merchandising and E-Commerce teams to ensure every product shines online and in-store — with accurate data, smart inventory management, and optimized assortments that maximize sales and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- A detail-oriented, analytical thinker who loves solving problems and working with data.
- Strong Excel or reporting skills and a knack for translating numbers into business insights.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in merchandising, inventory management, or retail/e-commerce analytics is a plus!
Responsibilities
- Maintain stock availability and min/max’s through extensive analysis of our sales data
- Utilize reports to adjust min/max levels to maintain a perpetual inventory.
- Identify top sellers and make recommendations for replenishment, transfers, and new product opportunities.
- Coordinate new product launches and ensure seamless communication between Merchandising, Sales, and Warehouse teams.
- Analyze product performance to highlight trends, risks, and opportunities — turning insights into action plans.
- Support assortment planning, vendor performance reviews, and data reporting for key business decisions.
- Highlight repeat vendor and category performance issues.
- Communicate significant issues that will affect our sales performance.
- Review and maintain open purchase orders
- Track and manage purchase orders and products by location.
- Partner with Visual Team to develop merchandising calendar and planograms according to the “product lifestyle” as it relates to placement and sales in the showroom.
