Primary Purpose The Merchandising Optimization Analyst at Ahold Delhaize USA is responsible for analysis , testing and implementation of innovative merchandising approaches that enhance customer engagement, commercial performance, and operational efficiency across our digital platforms (website, applications, etc.) , including our Great Local Brand storefronts (Digital and In Store) and 3rd Party Marketplace Platforms (example: Instacart, DoorDash) . This role focuses on both the digital merchandising analytics tactics and the day-to-day insights into optimization initiatives, ensuring that our digital storefront continuously evolves to meet and exceed customer expectation. The Merchandising Optimization Analyst will partner in the execution of our optimization roadmap and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including CPG Partners, Product, Analytics, and Fulfillment. Our flexible/ hybrid work schedule includes 3 in-person days at one of our core locations and 2 remote days. Our core office locations include Salisbury, NC , Chicago, IL, Quincy, MA, Carlisle, PA, Scarborough, ME, and Hyattsville, MD. Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
