Together, we will create a better world through sport. Join us. This temporary position will help support our merchandising team with SAP, Product Launches, SMU intake and other internal processes.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in merchandising operations.
  • With a particular focus on project and process management.
  • Experience with SAP
  • Exceptional and demonstrated Excel skills
  • Familiarity with supply planning
  • Project management skills
  • The ability to work independently to execute on a deadline

Responsibilities

  • SAP setup and maintenance, including ongoing cross-functional follow-up with Production on material composition and FOBs, Compliance on HTS code accuracy, and Supply Chain on system setup, costing alignment, and purchase order execution. This will also include troubleshooting issues as they arise and ensuring all data is accurate and ready ahead of key milestones.
  • OTB management in partnership with Shelby (Supply Planning), specifically confirming material numbers, validating data integrity, and ensuring everything is properly set up and ready for forecasting.
  • Product launch management, working closely with ecomm and marketing to support go-live readiness.
  • SMU request intake and process management, including tracking requests, supporting approvals, and coordinating execution with the appropriate internal partners
