About The Position

We're looking for a highly organized and proactive team player to serve as the operational hub between our Home Merchandising, Creative, and Digital teams. This role ensures projects move seamlessly from concept to launch-keeping calendars aligned, assets delivered, and teams informed. The ideal candidate thrives at the intersection of creativity and process, ensuring every product story is executed with precision and impact. This role reports into the Senior Studio Manager and is based onsite in San Francisco 5-days a week.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years in project coordination, creative operations, or merchandising support (ideally in retail or e-commerce)
  • Experience supporting cross-functional teams and product launches
  • Strong organizational skills with experience managing calendars, timelines, and deliverables
  • Excellent verbal and written communication; comfortable as a liaison between teams
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Airtable, Trello)
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Proven ability to anticipate and resolve workflow bottlenecks
  • Proactive, accountable, and comfortable in fast-paced, high-growth environments
  • Collaborative mindset with a clear sense of ownership

  • Understanding of CMS platforms and digital asset management systems
  • Interest or background in home decor, lifestyle brands, or visual storytelling
  • Experience implementing or improving process efficiencies across teams

Responsibilities

  • Own and maintain the creative and merchandising calendars, tracking key milestones, delivery dates, and go-live schedules.
  • Monitor project timelines to ensure creative deliverables align with merchandising and marketing priorities.
  • Serve as the central source of truth for project status and timing across teams.
  • Act as the primary liaison between Home Merchandising, Creative, and Digital teams.
  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status, deliverables, and potential roadblocks.
  • Facilitate alignment through meeting coordination, documentation, and clear communication.
  • Partner with merchandising and digital teams to ensure product details and creative assets are ready for launch.
  • Track and manage asset delivery and approvals to meet deadlines across channels.
  • Ensure creative content aligns with brand storytelling and digital best practices.
  • Support the creative team by organizing assets and ensuring deliverables meet merchandising needs.
  • Identify and implement opportunities to improve cross-functional workflows and efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate records of creative files, assets, and project documentation.
