We’re seeking a motivated leader based in or around the West Palm Beach, FL area to join a dynamic territory that includes store coverage and associate training across our Florida markets. Status: Full- Time, Variable hour Pay Rate: $20- $23/hr, based on experience
Requirements
- Previous supervisory or training experience in the merchandising industry is highly desired.
- Must be 21 years of age or older and authorized to work in the U.S.
- Valid driver’s license, reliable personal vehicle, and current auto insurance.
- Smartphone with text, phone, camera, internet, and email access.
- Comfortable working independently and traveling between multiple store locations.
- This position involves duties such as lifting, bending, stooping, sitting, standing, walking, and safely climbing ladders.
Responsibilities
- Travel independently to service stores within your assigned territory using your personal vehicle.
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of part-time Merchandising Associates.
- Execute in-store merchandising tasks including planogram resets, display builds, inventory adjustments, and signage.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with client expectations.
- Serve as the go-to liaison for store management, project managers, and field leadership.
- Proactively resolve issues, coach team members, and maintain a high level of performance across your territory.
