The Merchandizing Team is seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Analyst to support our Front Store Merchandising organization. This position will play a critical role in shaping the customer experience across 7,000+ stores. This position is instrumental in delivering the best products and promotions to our customers by leveraging strong analytical skills to evaluate sales trends, identify opportunities and optimize merchandising strategies. The ideal candidate thrives on solving complex problems, developing actionable insights, and creating mitigation strategies to address business challenges. With a focus on data driven decisions-making, this role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive innovative solutions and enhance our product offerings and promotional effectiveness.
