The Crown Is Yours As a Lead Analyst on the Sportsbook Merchandising team, you’ll shape how data drives decisions across one of the most dynamic areas of the business. You’ll turn complex datasets into clear, actionable insights that improve product performance, elevate the customer experience, and influence strategic direction. Working closely with Sportsbook Operations, Product, and Data Science, you’ll embed experimentation and analytics into everyday decision-making. Your work will directly impact how we optimize Sportsbook content and scale smarter, data-informed strategies across the platform.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, Business Analytics, or a related quantitative field; or equivalent experience.
  • At least 5 years of experience in analytics, preferably within a technology, e-commerce, or digital product environment.
  • Hands-on experience designing and evaluating A/B tests, with a strong understanding of experimentation principles.
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL and experience building structured, analysis-ready datasets.
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker, with the ability to create scalable dashboards.
  • A proven ability to translate large, complex datasets into clear recommendations and communicate insights to cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

  • Design, execute, and measure A/B tests to evaluate sportsbook features, customer experiences, and operational strategies.
  • Partner with Operations, Product, and Data Science to translate business goals into analytical frameworks, success metrics, and measurable outcomes.
  • Analyze customer behavior, betting patterns, and product performance to uncover trends and inform strategic priorities.
  • Collaborate with the Operations Team to shape and drive the Merchandising roadmap through data-backed insights.
  • Build automated dashboards and tools that enable stakeholders to monitor performance and identify opportunities in real time.
  • Deliver clear, compelling analyses, experiment readouts, and presentations that influence cross-functional decision-making.
